PCS Celebrates 15 Years of Excellence!

Performance Consulting Services, Inc (PCS) celebrates 15 years of excellence in 2007. Ron Griebenow, Marcus Caudill and Lance Morris founded the company in November 1992. PCS is an engineering and consulting company focused on power plant performance improvement, equipment condition monitoring, and training services.

PCS is involved with many different engineering and training projects in power plants, both nationally and internationally. PCS maintains Vision through continual research, evaluation and application of emerging tools and technology. Our Focus has always been and continues to be electric power generating plant and personnel performance. Finally, we provide Value to our clients by improving system efficiency, reliability and availability.

Logistics
PCS is headquartered in Montrose, Colorado. PCS has two divisions concentrating on training services and performance improvement services. The Training Services division is located in Overland Park, Kansas and is managed by Erica Finley. The Performance Services division is located in Montrose, Colorado and is managed by Marcus Caudill. PCS also has satellite offices located in Alabama, Florida, New York, Idaho, Texas and North Carolina. PCS employs 16 full time staff, 5 part time employees and numerous contractors.

Staff
PCS staff has more than 350 years of power industry experience and have a wide array of power plant related knowledge. The founders alone have 70 years of experience and knowledge.

Ron Griebenow is the President of PCS. Ron has twenty-five years experience in power plant engineering, software development and documentation, performance testing, and project management. Marcus Caudill is the Vice President of Performance Consulting Services. Marcus has twenty years of mechanical engineering experience in plant performance testing and analysis, system modeling, data validation, project management, and computer code development.

Lance Morris serves as Chief Financial Officer. Lance has over twenty-five years experience in the power industry. Lance is a specialist in work management process design, reengineering of existing business processes (specializing in work management) through proven methodologies, configuration of automated maintenance management systems.
