Advanced PEPSE Applications

  • Course Objective
This four and a half-day course is an intensive seminar, which builds on the knowledge obtained in the PEPSE Applications course. Participants will expand on the basics of turbine cycle model construction, applying PEPSE Special Features, Special Options, and boiler modeling components to practical power plant problems.

  • Who should attend?
This course is designed for engineers and senior technicians involved in performance testing, analysis or performance program development. A basic understanding of the thermodynamics and familiarity with power plant systems is required. Participants should have successfully completed PEPSE Applications prior to attending this course.
