Mentoring
PCS provides mentoring for power plant operations personnel. The mentor's role is to answer questions and give advice about safe and efficient plant operation. Mentors can be provided to "shadow" new operators during start-up, shut down and normal operation. It is important to have mentors on site after training new operators, especially if the plant is operating short-handed. The mentor can help assure that your staff is running the plant as safely and efficiently as possible.
