Cancellation Policy
On-site courses and course customization for unit-specific examples are available. Please call (970) 240-4381 for pricing. Applicants may cancel up to 30 days prior to the first course day without penalty. Applicants canceling after 20 days prior to the first course day will incur a 20% service charge. Applicants canceling later than 10 days prior to the first course day and no-shows are subject to the full course fee. PCS, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course that does not meet the minimum registration requirements up to 7 days prior to the first course day. We cannot, however, be responsible for travel-related expenses or reservation/cancellation penalties.
