Additionally, your new simulator instructor will have to determine how to develop, test, and document learning scenarios using the simulator that will accomplish the future training needs of the plant. Your new simulator instructor will learn these skills in this training course.

  PCS can supply an experienced simulator instructor to teach your initial training classes until your simulator instructor is ready to start teaching the classes OR any classes at any time on the simulator. Some clients want their simulator instructors to go through the training first as students to understand the course from the student's view and also to act as the initial evaluation of the course to correct any problems that may arise during the initial presentation before bringing in the actual target audience of students. This course has proven to be very effective especially when coupled with the presentation of the Simulator Instructor Training Course following this course.
