Abstract
This presentation covers the qualifications, duties, responsibilities and certification requirements for an operator of a high capacity fossil fuel fired plant, (boiler), as appropriate to the Clean Air Act as Amended in 1990 for a fossil fuel fired boiler with input equal to or greater than 10,000,000 BTU / hr. This presentation also covers the requirements to use in certifying an operator of a high capacity fossil fuel fired plant (boiler) and components the components for certification.
