Applicants may cancel up to 30 days prior to the first course day without penalty. Applicants canceling after 20 days prior to the first course day will incur a 20% service charge. Applicants canceling later than 10 days prior to the first course day and no-shows are subject to the full course fee. PCS, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course that does not meet the minimum registration requirements up to 7 days prior to the first course day. We cannot, however, be responsible for travel-related expenses or reservation/cancellation penalties.
