Train the Trainer      

• Course Objective
  This two and one-half day course is designed and presented by power plant trainers for power plant trainers. The training course consists of structured activities that allow attendees to practice and apply the lessons learned during the classroom sessions.
  
  By the end of this course the student should be able to:

  • Recognize and deal with individual differences
  • Provide effective presentations
  • Establish direction and purpose for training
  • Identify, select and apply various instructional methods, and support materials
  • Explain the steps for performing a training needs analysis and a task analysis
  • Explain the steps for developing training program objectives and lessons
  • Validate training program materials
  • Implement training programs
